Declutter inside and out. They need to walk around their home and look at it with "buyers' eyes". buyers try/want to see themselves and their furniture in that home but they cannot if it is cluttered. Box up what you want to keep and take it preferably to a storage space, or the garage and stack the boxes neatly. Be mindful that buyers want to view the perimeter of every room; including the garage.
